What Kind of Documentation Will You Get?

So we know that we all need a good source of up-to-date Ubercart documentation, but a printed book is out of date as soon as it hits the shelves.  And last time I tried to copy and paste out of a book with my scissors and glue, I got laughed at.

DVDs are good for seeing videos on how Drupal configuration is done so you don't miss any details, but is often overkill for other cases when a well written article with screenshots can get you the same information in less than half the time because we can read faster than we can talk.  DVDs, being a physical media, also get out of date as soon as they are watched.

That is why we decided to create documentation for Ubercart that is:

• exclusively online, so it is accessible from anywhere
• kept up to date as Ubercart changes (possible because its online)
• contains video screencasts to help show Drupal configuration through the GUI
• uses screenshots and code snippets where more appropriate than a video
