NCS Lens®: The Intelligence Layer

At National Carwash Solutions, one of the top providers of car wash equipment and solutions to car wash owners, they were looking to bring an innovative new idea to the market. But they needed a team that could turn that idea into a mobile app in a span of 6 weeks for live demo at The Car Wash Show and continue to develop the product long past initial prototype and bring it to market. Their ambitious was to create a single app to monitor all aspects of car wash site management using the concept of the connected car wash. We brought NCS Lens to reality for them:

• Monitor connected car wash hardware including chemical levels, vacuums, lights.
• Drive NCS sub-brand development on IoT sensor data architecture and security.
• Push alerts to mobile app users to keep them notified of hardware errors and warning states.
• Add workflow and status managment to ensure issues were assigned and resolved.
• Cloud services architected within Amazon Web Services to allow transition to NCS internal team in the future.

We launched the mobile app and successfully transitioned support to an internal team at NCS we helped build and train.
